1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

 

1.1 Unopened Products

 

RANCO LLC will accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is in its original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories are intact
  • The product shows no signs of use or damage
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

1.2 Opened Products

 

Products that have been opened are not eligible for return or refund. Once a product's packaging has been opened, we cannot accept its return due to quality control, hygiene, and inventory management reasons.

1.3 Defective Products

 

If you receive a defective product, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery. Defective products may be eligible for replacement (not refund) at our discretion, and only after our team has verified the defect.

1.4 Exceptions to No-Return Policy

 

The following exceptions apply to our no-return policy for opened products:

  • Products that were shipped in error (wrong item sent)
  • Products that were damaged during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence)

2. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate an eligible return:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions from our team

Important: Do not ship returns without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

2.2 Return Shipping

 

For eligible returns:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • Returns should be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • RANCO LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

3. REFUND PROCESSING

 

3.1 Refund Method

 

For approved returns of unopened products, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3.2 Refund Timeline

 

  • Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 2-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution

3.3 Partial Refunds

 

RANCO LLC reserves the right to issue partial refunds if returned items show signs of use, damage, or missing components.

4. EXCHANGES

 

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to:

  1. Return the eligible unopened item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

5. SALE ITEMS

 

Items purchased during sales or promotional events are subject to the same return policy unless otherwise specified during the sale.

6. GIFT RETURNS

 

For gifts:

  • Returns will be issued as store credit to the gift recipient
  • Gift receipt or order number must be provided
  • All other return conditions apply

7. RIGHT TO MODIFY

 

RANCO LLC reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.

8. LEGAL RIGHTS
