RANCO LLC will accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
Products that have been opened are not eligible for return or refund. Once a product's packaging has been opened, we cannot accept its return due to quality control, hygiene, and inventory management reasons.
If you receive a defective product, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery. Defective products may be eligible for replacement (not refund) at our discretion, and only after our team has verified the defect.
