Thank you for shopping with RANCO LLC. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines regarding the shipment of products ordered through our website.

1. PROCESSING TIMEFRAME

 

1.1 Order Processing

 

RANCO LLC processes and ships all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may not begin processing until the following business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day

1.2 Order Confirmation

 

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. This is not a shipping confirmation and does not indicate that your order has shipped.

1.3 Shipping Confirmation

 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

2. SHIPPING METHOD & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

 

2.1 Flat-Rate Shipping

 

RANCO LLC offers a single flat-rate shipping option for all domestic orders:

3. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

 

3.1 State Restrictions

 

RANCO LLC does not ship to the following states:

  • Alabama

  • Arkansas

  • Indiana

  • Rhode Island

  • Wisconsin

Or the following counties:

  • Sarasota County (Florida)
  • San Diego (California)
  • Oceanside (California)
  • Alton (Illinois)
  • Jerseyville (Illinois)
  • Edwardsville County (Illinois)
  • Columbus (Mississippi)
  • Union County (Mississippi)
  • Ascension (Louisiana)
  • Franklin (Louisiana)
  • Rapides (Louisiana)

3.2 International Shipping

 

RANCO LLC does not currently offer international shipping. We only ship to valid addresses within the United States, excluding the states listed above.

3.3 Address Restrictions

 

RANCO LLC ships to street addresses. We do not ship to:

  • Freight forwarders
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses
  • PO boxes

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

 

4.1 Tracking Information

 

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. You can also track your order by:

  • Logging into your account on our website
  • Contacting our customer service team with your order number

4.2 Tracking Updates

 

Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.

5. DELIVERY ISSUES

 

5.1 Lost Packages

 

If your tracking information shows the package as delivered, but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors and your local mail facility
  2. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
  3. Contact our customer service team if the package cannot be located

5.2 Damaged Items

 

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and products
  2. Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Retain all packaging materials and damaged items until the claim is resolved
